Dear HR Trainers, Think Deep. Please. We Love You.

The work the Human Resource Trainers do, deserves tons of appreciation and demand respect. We honor them for the superiority of the work they do passionately, i.e. influence minds, cultivate and nurture values & attitudes, all in the positive way.

Recently, our school organized one such programme. One of the trainers said
"Now, what you do is not important. But, how you do it is, what that matters".
I'm afraid, they're making a serious mistake here; because, WHAT YOU DO, CERTAINLY COUNTS.

A simple restructuring of the sentence could make it all right. Won't it be great if they say:
"Earlier, all that mattered was what you do. But, now, things have become better and the way you do things, matters too"

A simple change to the tone and the thing sounds too good.
